Mirakl is seeking a Junior Customer Success Consultant to join their Paris office. The candidate will play a crucial role in managing a portfolio of key B2C clients, guiding them through the project phase and the run phase after the Marketplace launch. Working with clients like MediaMarkt Saturn, Adeo, and Boulanger, the consultant will help them understand the marketplace model and its key success factors.

The Junior Customer Success Consultant will collaborate with various teams to ensure the successful implementation and optimization of the Mirakl platform for clients.

Role Involves:

  • Conducting tailored workshops for clients' key business owners.
  • Setting up commercial action plans and implementing KPIs.
  • Training clients on platform use and onboarding.
  • Building personalized action plans and monitoring implementation.
  • Providing strategic recommendations and growth drivers.
  • Analyzing new e-commerce trends and benchmarking leading marketplaces.

Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in Business or Engineering.
  • A first experience is recommended, ideally in a Marketplace or Consulting.
  • Appetite for e-commerce.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong client-facing and project management skills.
  • Highly business-driven with strong analytical skills.
