Carta is seeking an Implementations Project Manager to support new Investor Services customers. The Implementations Project Manager will drive operational excellence within the Investor Services business by coordinating and managing onboarding activities. This role is critical to achieving success for both Carta's customers and Carta itself.Carta's compensation package includes a market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions plans.Responsibilities:
Support new Fund Administration, Portfolio Insights, and Valuations' clients by on-boarding them onto Carta.
Extract relevant information from operating agreements and subscription documents to upload limited partners to Carta.
Analyze data thoroughly and precisely to maintain data integrity throughout the on-boarding process.
Effectively liaise between sales and Investor Services teams as the bridge post-sales through implementation.
Coordinate and manage multiple/simultaneous implementation projects by continually communicating with and motivating clients.
Continuously look for ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the on-boarding process.
Work closely with product and engineering to improve the on-boarding experience for customers.
Requirements:
Proven success in a project management capacity.
Ability to interpret a story through unstructured data.
Experience working with financial data and information.

Experience working with clients.
Experience in implementing and successfully managing small and large projects or initiatives with sustained, measurable success.
