Implementations Project Manager, Fund Admin at Carta

Carta is seeking an Implementations Project Manager to support new Investor Services customers. The Implementations Project Manager will be responsible for driving operational excellence within Carta's Investor Services business and will coordinate onboarding activities to ensure success for both Carta and its customers. They will be responsible for partnering with new clients and helping them implement Carta's software.Responsibilities include:

• Supporting new Fund Administration, Portfolio Insights, and Valuations' clients by onboarding them onto Carta.
• Extracting relevant information from operating agreements and subscription documents to upload limited partners to Carta.
• Analyzing data to maintain data integrity throughout the onboarding process.
• Liaising between sales and Investor Services teams.
• Coordinating and managing multiple implementation projects.
• Continuously seeking ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the onboarding process and working with product and engineering to improve the onboarding experience for customers

Requirements:

• Proven success in a project management capacity
• Ability to interpret a story through unstructured data
• Experience working with financial data and information
• Great people skills – high degree of empathy and great communication skills
• Experience working with clients
• Experience in implementing and successfully managing small and large projects or initiatives with sustained, measurable success
• Incredible organizational skills, high attention to detail, and an ability to complete competing priorities quickly and autonomously
• Passionate, tactical, and direct, with an ambitious attitude and a proven history to go above and beyond baseline requirements
• Interested in working with enterprise software
