Mirakl is seeking a Business Consultant to join its B2C team in Munich. This role involves strategic, business, and functional guidance for Mirakl's B2C clients during their project and run phases. The consultant will leverage Mirakl's project methodology to understand client challenges, define marketplace strategies, and ensure best practice compliance. They will also train clients on platform usage and optimization, maintain regular contact, and collaborate with the Mirakl team to address any issues. During the run phase, the consultant will develop customer-centric action plans, analyze KPIs, set up tailored category and seller strategies, provide strategic recommendations, and share relevant case studies.
Responsibilities: - Leverage Mirakl's methodology.

Requirements: - Master’s and/or Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or Finance.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or consulting.
- Solid communication and relationship skills.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Dynamic, autonomous, and proactive personality.
