He will operate in a scaled client ownership structure, managing contract renewals, pricing escalations, and educating customers about Carta's features. The ideal candidate should be customer-centric, organized, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Role Involves:
  • Responding to customer inquiries regarding contract renewals and pricing.
  • Prioritizing inbound customer requests based on urgency and churn risk.
  • Executing basic contract renewal negotiations.
  • Managing account-level escalations.
  • Educating customers about Carta features and products.

Requirements:
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
  • Experience in customer support, success, or account management.
  • Experience with live customer interactions (Zoom, phone calls, live chats).
  • Experience with Salesforce, Catalyst, or similar systems.
  • Diplomacy and tolerance for ambiguity.
  • Growth mindset and proactive approach.
  • Strong data analysis, organizational, and prioritization skills.
