Carta is seeking a Customer Support Analyst to join their Venture Capital team in Rio de Janeiro. The role involves providing solutions and nurturing customer relationships within the venture capital space. The Customer Support Analyst plays important role providing support for Carta's Investor Services Support team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide information to inbound customer requests via phone and email
  • Document customer interactions within Salesforce
  • Triage incoming requests and identify trends
  • Conduct demos/webinars with customers
  • Provide front-line Support for all competencies managed by the IS Support Team
  • Share knowledge through mentorship, collaboration, and documentation

Requirements:

  • English Fluency Required
  • Ability to communicate professionally in English
  • Comfortable learning quickly and taking on new challenges
  • Exhibit diplomacy under pressure
  • Experience in a Customer Service or client-facing role within SaaS
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Equity, financial or venture capital background is a plus
