Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, Documents

Carta is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join their Fund Admin Documents team. This role is based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and focuses on building and improving a centralized platform for managing fund administration documents. The engineer will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to address pain points and enhance the efficiency of fund administration services.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product manager, designer, and other engineers to improve fund administration services.
• Work with stakeholders to determine outcomes, propose technical solutions, and execute them.
• Implement and improve backend APIs and services.
• Create and customize frontend webpages and user interfaces.
• Maintain high standards of quality and impact.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of software engineering experience.
• Full-stack engineering skills, comfortable with both backend and frontend development.
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle.
• Comfortable writing engineering design proposals.
• Experience building and shipping multiple products.
