Mirakl is seeking an Accounts Receivable Accountant to join their Accounting team in Paris. The role will focus on managing the billing process and revenue tracking for a portfolio of French and foreign subsidiaries. This role requires close collaboration with various teams and offers opportunities for process improvement.
- Creating customer accounts in the ERP system
- Entering and verifying sales orders, ensuring data integrity
- Generating and sending invoices/credit notes to clients
- Recording monthly closing entries related to revenue
- Controlling and analyzing monthly revenue in collaboration with the FP&A team
- Working closely with sales and customer success teams
- Managing customer collection and handling customer requests via email
- Analyzing customer accounts
- Participating in continuous improvement projects for processes and tools
- A degree in accounting (DCG or Licence CCA)
- ideally at least 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Operational English is essential
- Rigor and adaptability
- Ability to adapt to a fast-growing environment
- Experience with an ERP system (Oracle, SAP, etc.)
