FP&A Business Controller at Mirakl

Mirakl is seeking a FP&A Business Controller to join their finance department in Paris. The FP&A Business Controller will be responsible for being the primary point of contact for corporate functions, act as a key advisor to stakeholders, providing them with financial data and critical analysis to Mirakl's growth.

Role involves:

• Supporting decision-making related to Mirakl's global workforce by providing personnel cost and headcount planning.
• Establishing well-defined and traceable business metrics and reporting.
• Supporting Corporate departments for forecasting, planning and monthly reporting.
• Ensuring coordination for consistency of analytical accounting/segmentation and monthly closing process for full P&L.
• Maintaining the “single source of truth” of our personnel cost & headcount follow-up through Anaplan®.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Finance or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance or related fields.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Experience with process automation and the use of advanced analytics tools
