Program Director - Kuala Lumpur at e2open

E2open is seeking a Program Director to oversee project execution and customer relationships from a delivery perspective. The Program Director will work within a project methodology framework to ensure seamless solution implementation with strict controls and project governance. This role requires a self-motivated and decisive individual who can understand customer business issues and ensure the project team is aligned. The Program Director will own the success of projects by understanding the customer's KPIs and measuring the value of solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Own a portfolio of complex software implementation projects.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation to deployment.
• Assume P&L responsibility for projects and provide accurate forecasting.
• Prepare statements of work, change requests, and detailed project plans.
• Lead in resolving issues and communicating risks and mitigation options.
• Lead and mentor a team of technical and functional analysts and engineers.
• Assess project performance and drive retrospective reviews.
• Manage resources to ensure appropriate allocation.
• Establish and maintain outstanding customer relationships.
• Enforce cross-functional collaboration to deliver expected results.
• Identify and drive upsells to grow Professional Service revenue.
• Travel as needed.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in a Supply Chain or SaaS-related field.
• Experience in software deployment projects.
• Experience leading teams to deliver successful outcomes.
• Demonstrable experience of financial accountability.
• Track record of customer success in delivering value and exceeding expectations.
• Experience in analytics/reporting, especially with QlikView/QlikSense, is a plus.
• Knowledge of SDLC is a plus.
