E2open is seeking an Enterprise Service Engineer to join their team in Kuala Lumpur. E2open is the connected supply chain platform that enables the world’s largest companies to transform the way they make, move, and sell goods and services.

The Enterprise Service Engineer will deliver high-quality, techno-functional customer service for the company's Supply Chain applications, meeting the business needs of global customers. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform in-depth technical investigation, troubleshooting, root cause analysis and drive issue resolution.
  • Identify and implement workarounds for business continuity.
  • Validate code fixes and coordinate UAT with customers.
  • Perform production patch deployments.
  • Identify and implement preventative measures for customer problems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product Development, Professional Services, Cloud Operations, and Quality Assurance).
  • Mentor Associate Enterprise Service Engineers.
  • Participate in solution transition sessions.
  • Engage in continuous improvement activities.
  • Automate repetitive tasks.
  • Maintain knowledgebase articles.
  • Upskill functional/technical knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • 3-6 years of working experience is preferred.
  • Analytical mindset and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Strong learning desire and willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Experience with JIRA and SVN.
  • Strong knowledge of database concepts and SQL/MS-SQL, PL/SQL.
  • Knowledge of Linux and Windows Operation System.
