Programs and Data Associate - Asia

Job Description

The Programs and Data Associate role at Enveritas involves assisting with managing verification operations and data analysis work in Asia and Africa. The role reports to Enveritas’ Operations Lead in Asia. Enveritas is a non-profit organization founded in 2016 that works in most major coffee-growing countries in the US and other regions.

Responsibilities:

• Surface trends and insights for data-driven decisions.
• Help manage data quality control for coffee origins in Asia and Africa.
• Support management of Enveritas’ survey and data collection tools.
• Design, test, and scale new tools and SOPs for country teams.
• Support special sustainability analysis projects.
• Collaborate on new initiatives with the global team.
• Gain direct experience in coffee production through field visits.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Availability for regular travel to Asia/Africa.
• Clear track record in a fast-paced, multicultural team.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• High level of rigor and attention to detail.
• Desire to alleviate poverty.
• Strong work ethic and professionalism.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Strong analytical competencies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs; familiarity with data collection software.
• Based in Asia.
