Mirakl is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for GTM positions in EMEA. The role is based in Paris, France. This position within Mirakl involves finding and coaching top talent, building market intelligence, and supporting employer brand development.
Responsibilities include:
- Sourcing candidates through diverse online channels
- Qualifying, assessing, and coaching candidates
- Overseeing the hiring process
- Managing and advising hiring managers
- Contributing to employer brand development
- Reporting on recruitment activities
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Fluency in English and French
- Experience in fast-growing companies
- A strong sense of curiosity
- Excellent communication and influential skills
