Mirakl is seeking a CRM Administrator to support its Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams. The role involves maintaining and configuring Salesforce and DealHub (CPQ) systems. The CRM Administrator will collaborate with Revenue Analysts and the Salesforce Technical Lead to ensure seamless functionality and data flow across platforms. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to develop their skills in the tech and revenue operations space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Salesforce Maintenance & Configuration
  • DealHub CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) Support
  • Process Improvement & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce (prior exposure to Salesforce Admin tasks a plus).
  • Familiarity with Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) systems like DealHub (or similar tools) is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
