Service Parts Analyst at Harbinger Motors Inc.

Harbinger Motors Inc., an electric vehicle manufacturer, is seeking a Service Parts Analyst to join their Customer Operations team. This role is essential for supporting service parts and will involve becoming a subject matter expert in service parts inventory control and data management. The Service Parts Analyst will partner closely with IT and engineering teams, managing ERP, MES, SCM, and PLM systems to ensure data accuracy and alignment with business needs. This position requires onsite support for internal customers, the Harbinger dealer network, and external vendors.Role Responsibilities:

• Create, update, and maintain the master data related to product Service Bill of Materials (SBOM).
• Perform periodic reviews of data and categorization to check for consistency and correct misalignments.
• Work with Data Analyst to reduce transcription errors and ensure data quality.
• Support business functions with report development of key operating metrics.
• Support data used by external vendors for Electronic Parts Catalog development and updates.
• Perform data collection and part master maintenance at all levels.
• Proficiency with Root cause analysis

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years experience in Data Science or Computer Science
• Demonstrated experience in Power BI, Tableau, and/or other data visualization tools.
• Experience in Data Management, Data Cleansing, and/or Data Engineering.
• Experience with key technology platforms such as: Netsuite, SAP, AWS Cloud, CRM, Data Warehouse.
• Knowledge of master data management concepts.
• Knowledge of data analytics models and algorithms.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of data management principles and data warehouse administration.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
