Mirakl, the global leader in platform business innovation, is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive the growth of their Mirakl Ads solution within the DACH region, with a focus on Germany. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and driving revenue through new customer acquisition. The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signing.
- Develop a go-to-market sales strategy
- Pursue Retailers to promote and sell Mirakl Ads
- Oversee the entire sales cycle
- Gain thorough knowledge of Mirakl's solutions
- Establish yourself as a reliable advisor in the Retail Media sector
- Collaborate with internal teams
- Establish and nurture relationships within prospect organisations
- Drive revenue through new customer acquisition
- Maintain up-to-date records of activities, opportunities, and accounts in our CRM
- Take responsibility for building and maintaining an adequate sales pipeline
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Over 4 years of closing experience in the software industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing sales cycle from start to finish
- Essential experience in Retail Media
- A BA degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance is desirable
- Demonstrated ability to expedite the sales cycle, aligning with quarterly rhythms
- In-depth understanding of business practices and industry trends
- Proficiency in business sales situations requiring demonstration of ROI
- Proven work ethic with a track record of consistent over-achievement
- Robust negotiation and influencing skills; comfort in a role with a sales quota
- Native-level proficiency in German and excellent proficiency in English
