Job Description
Roofstock is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Inspection Associate to join their Field Operations team in Memphis, Tennessee. This role is crucial for maintaining Roofstock's high property standards. The Inspection Associate will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections, managing property access, and performing minor repairs. This position offers a great opportunity for individuals looking to grow in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Complete move-in and move-out inspections.
  • Conduct onboarding inspections for new properties.
  • Perform various other inspections as needed.
  • Facilitate property showings and manage property access.
  • Perform light cleaning duties.
  • Perform minor repairs.
  • Serve as a company representative in eviction-related court hearings when required.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage schedule efficiently.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use systems.
  • Positive attitude and dedication to excellence.
