Strategic Finance Manager

Job Description

• Managing financial forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Providing strategic recommendations based on financial analysis.
• Assessing company performance against budget and long-term strategy.
• Conducting detailed variance analysis.
• Coordinating with finance and business partner team members.
• Managing, coaching, and developing finance team members.
• Leading ad-hoc projects.
• Preparing presentations for decision-makers.

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in business finance, consulting, or other relevant experience.
• Proven experience as finance leader with a track record of leading a team through successful outcomes.
• High proficiency in financial modeling and advanced knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in the use of financial management software (e.g., NetSuite and spreadsheet-based planning and reporting tools).
• Effective partnership and influencing skills, able to work with every level of the organization.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently in an unstructured, fast-moving, growth-oriented organization.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and thrive in an environment with rapidly changing conditions.
