Mirakl is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to join their team in Paris. This role is pivotal in driving growth and efficiency within the company's online business. The Enterprise Account Manager will be responsible for generating sales within a portfolio of accounts, achieving up-sell and cross-sell targets, and managing contract renewals to secure future revenues and prevent churn. Responsibilities:
  • Building account plans for key customers.
  • Identifying new sales opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Managing the end-to-end sales process for up-sell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Participating in monthly/quarterly business reviews to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Coordinating with client success and sales teams to deploy action plans.
  • Staying updated on new product enhancements.


Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a closing role as an Account Executive or Account Manager at a SaaS company.
  • Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance.
  • Ability to manage complex enterprise sales and transactional sales.
  • Successful history of closing complex deals.
  • Strong understanding of business practices and industry trends.
  • Comfortable with conceptual selling and demonstrating ROI.
  • Excellent verbal/written skills.
  • Proficiency in German at a native level and fluency in English.
