Mirakl, a leader in platform business innovation, is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager based in London. This role focuses on generating sales within a portfolio of accounts, achieving up-sell and cross-sell targets, and managing contract renewals to prevent churn.Mirakl is looking for someone to:
- Manage a portfolio of existing customers.
- Develop account plans to identify growth opportunities.
- Identify and manage sales opportunities, from qualification to contract signing.
- Oversee renewals and ensure customer retention.
- Participate in business reviews and collaborate with client success and sales teams.
- Stay updated on product enhancements.
Mirakl requires:
- 5+ years of experience in a closing role at a SaaS company.
- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance.
- Experience managing complex enterprise sales.
- Strong understanding of business practices and industry trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
