Mirakl, a leader in platform business innovation, is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager based in London. This role focuses on generating sales within a portfolio of accounts, achieving up-sell and cross-sell targets, and managing contract renewals to prevent churn.Mirakl is looking for someone to:
  • Manage a portfolio of existing customers.
  • Develop account plans to identify growth opportunities.
  • Identify and manage sales opportunities, from qualification to contract signing.
  • Oversee renewals and ensure customer retention.
  • Participate in business reviews and collaborate with client success and sales teams.
  • Stay updated on product enhancements.
Mirakl requires:
  • 5+ years of experience in a closing role at a SaaS company.
  • Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance.
  • Experience managing complex enterprise sales.
  • Strong understanding of business practices and industry trends.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
