Job Description
Mirakl is seeking a Business Development Representative to join their team in Munich. The role focuses on driving growth in the DACH region by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities for Mirakl's marketplace platform and catalog management product. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology and eager to contribute to Mirakl's expansion in the German-speaking market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop marketplace expertise through Mirakl University training.
- Identify and qualify opportunities with major prospects in the DACH region.
- Proactively prospect using a multichannel approach (phone, email, LinkedIn).
- Maintain quality relationships with C-Level executives and e-commerce directors.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to build a pipeline of leads.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' business challenges.
- Collaborate within an international team.
- Maintain accurate documentation in Salesforce and track performance KPIs.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
- A "Go Above & Beyond" mindset and thirst for learning.
- A pragmatic, results-oriented approach.
- Intellectual agility to understand complex business challenges.
- Previous B2B prospecting experience (1-3 years) is a plus.
