Mirakl is seeking a Revenue Operations to support its Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams. This role is crucial for maintaining and configuring key systems like Salesforce and DealHub (CPQ). The Revenue Operations will collaborate with Revenue Analysts and the Salesforce Technical Lead to ensure seamless functionality and data flow across platforms. Responsibilities: - Assist in maintaining and configuring Salesforce.
- Support the automation of workflows and approvals.
- Assist in configuring the DealHub CPQ application.
- Maintain and update product catalogs and pricing rules.
- Collaborate with teams to understand their needs.
- Support training efforts by creating documentation.
- Assist with ad hoc projects such as system upgrades.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Basic understanding of Salesforce.
- Familiarity with CPQ systems like DealHub is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
