This role involves leading the sales function within an assigned region to deliver exceptional experiences and outcomes.
- Achievement of sales volume, gross profit, cost control, and market share
- Development and execution of sales strategies
- Management of sales operations for the assigned region
- Recruitment, training, and management of Sales personnel
- Delivery of strategic business growth through sales
- Support to Regional Sales Managers
- Achievement and maintenance of Approved Vendor status
- Creation and presentation of reports
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Representation of Velocity’s culture and value proposition
Requirements: - 4-year college degree
- Management experience in a similar position
- Computer literacy and proficiency with office productivity applications
- Demonstrates mutual trust and respect
