Head of Consulting (Data Engineering & AI) at DATAPAO

DATAPAO, a leading Data Engineering and Data Science consulting company, is seeking a Head of Consulting to expand its data engineering and AI delivery teams. The Head of Consulting will report to the CEO and oversee the Consulting Business Unit, which includes Data Engineering, AI, and Delivery Excellence teams.

The role involves leading technical delivery efforts, shaping the company's mission, and driving innovation. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience, a proven track record in scaling tech or consulting organizations, and a consulting mindset. They should also possess an engineering mindset, agency, adaptability, resilience, and strong communication skills.

DATAPAO is looking for someone who can confidently educate audiences, build trust, and navigate the ever-changing industry. Financial responsibility of P&L is added bonus.

Responsibilities Include:

• Scaling and empowering data engineering, AI, and delivery excellence teams.
• Leading diverse teams and fostering a high-performing culture.
• Ensuring delivery quality and improving operational excellence.
• Collaborating with the Sales Team to foster client relationships.
• Owning the P&L of the Consulting organization.

Requirements:

• Leadership experience in scaling tech or consulting organizations.

• Engineering mindset with sound software engineering principles.
• Agency, adaptability, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
• Skilled communicator with excellent storytelling abilities.
• Financial acumen and understanding of P&L management.
