(Senior) Technical Instructor (Databricks) at DATAPAO

DATAPAO, a leading Data Engineering and Data Science consulting company, is seeking a passionate Senior Technical Instructor to deliver its Data Engineering, Big Data, Machine Learning, and Cloud training portfolio. This role involves a mix of active teaching, course development, and related work.

The Technical Instructor will conduct group training for data engineers, primarily online but occasionally on-site, through Databricks and Microsoft partnerships. The instructor will contribute to developing new course materials and training programs.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting group training sessions for data engineers.
• Delivering training within Databricks and Microsoft partnership setups.
• Contributing to the development of new course materials.

Requirements:

• Teaching experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Business fluency in English and willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Solid software engineering foundations.
• Experience with data-intensive applications and strong SQL & NoSQL experience.
• Exposure to Real-Time Data Processing Systems, Apache Spark, and/or the Big Data ecosystem is advantageous.
