Mirakl, a global leader in platform business innovation, is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Manager to join their team in Munich. Mirakl empowers enterprises to drive growth and efficiency in their online business through its suite of solutions. The Account Manager will play a crucial role in generating sales within a portfolio of accounts and ensuring contract renewals to secure future revenues.

Responsibilities:

  • Building account plans for key customers
  • Identifying new sales opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Managing end-to-end sales process for up-sell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Participating in business reviews to identify opportunities and mitigate churn risks.
  • Coordinating with client success and sales teams to deploy action plans.
  • Staying updated on new product enhancements.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a closing role (Account Executive or Account Manager) at a SaaS company
  • Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance
  • Experience managing complex enterprise sales
  • Understanding of business practices and industry trends
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in German (native level) and English (fluency)
