Amplitude is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager to develop and execute regional marketing strategies for the DACH and MEA regions. This role involves driving pipeline, accelerating sales opportunities, and supporting regional priorities within the EMEA Central market. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, collaborative, and possess a builder mindset.Amplitude recognizes that this role involves:
  • Creating and executing a regional marketing strategy for DACH, Middle East & Africa.
  • Partnering with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) to align strategies.
  • Organizing third-party and first-party events, both online and in-person.
  • Building engaging onsite activations, email campaigns, and landing pages.
  • Leveraging data and insights to understand regional nuances and identify opportunities.
  • Collaborating with Sales, SDRs, Campaigns, Comms, Partners, and other cross-functional teams.
Amplitude requires candidates with:
  • 5+ years of experience in managing strategy and execution for events.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
  • A passion for metrics and data analysis.
  • Experience working with global teams and external partners.
  • Exceptional project management skills.
  • Experience with Marketo and Salesforce preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 25-35% of the time.
