Harbinger Motors, an electric vehicle manufacturer, is seeking a detail-oriented Warranty Analyst to manage and optimize warranty processes. The Warranty Analyst will review warranty claims, identify trends, and collaborate with internal teams to improve product reliability and customer satisfaction. This role is critical in ensuring customers receive efficient and accurate warranty support and contributes to the continuous improvement of vehicles.
Responsibilities:
- Review and process warranty claims.
- Analyze warranty data to identify failure trends and root causes.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and manufacturing teams.
- Develop and maintain warranty reports and metrics.
- Manage supplier-related warranty claims.
- Update and refine warranty policies and documentation.
- Provide training and guidance to dealerships and service teams.
- Participate in field investigations and customer support initiatives.
- Support the finance team in processing warranty cost recoveries and budgeting.
- Lead and coordinate negotiations with chargebacks as part of the RMA process and recalls.
- Communicate with service providers to ensure the return of defective parts.
- Create and analyze daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Requirements:
