Reconciliation Specialist at Aspire

Aspire is seeking a Reconciliation Specialist to join their Finance team in Indonesia. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy of financial records and supporting the company's rapid growth. The Reconciliation Specialist will be responsible for daily reconciliation, issue resolution, and process improvement. The role involves working with various internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily reconciliation to ensure accurate ledgers
• Analyze discrepancies and identify root causes
• Operate back-end functions on the tech platform
• Liaise with business/service partners to resolve issues
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues
• Build and design processes to improve operational efficiency
• Work on ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, statistics, economics, or similar quantitative discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in payment services or finance
• Excellent command of English
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and data analysis
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
