Treasury Risk Lead at Aspire

Aspire is seeking a Treasury Risk Lead to bridge the gap between Treasury operations and new product development. Aspire is a leading all-in-one financial operating system. The Treasury Risk Lead will ensure the unique needs and perspectives of the Treasury department are effectively incorporated into the design and functionality of all new products and services.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of treasury processes, risk management, and regulatory requirements, as well as strong collaboration and communication skills. The candidate will report directly to the Treasury Department.

What this role involves:

• Serving as the primary advocate for Treasury within product development initiatives.
• Collaborating with product development teams to ensure new products align with Treasury considerations.
• Evaluating potential risks and compliance implications of new products.
• Communicating Treasury requirements to relevant stakeholders.
• Leading and developing a team of treasury professionals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7+ years experience in Treasury.
• In-depth knowledge of treasury operations, financial markets, and risk management practices.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
