Head of Business Risk at Aspire

Aspire is seeking a Head of Business Risk to build, maintain, and operationalize its risk management framework for shared services operations. Reporting to the COO, the Head of Business Risk will design and implement robust business and operational systems and processes to ensure effective risk management that scales with Aspire’s evolving needs. The ideal candidate will perform gap analyses, monitor vendor risk, and maintain a repository of SOPs. He/she will also oversee the Quality Control framework, prepare operational risk reports for leadership, and conduct post-mortems on incidents.

• Design and implement risk management systems

• 8+ years of experience in 1LoD risk and fintech
• Strong understanding of financial services, including payments and financial crime
• Ability to design and execute a risk management strategy
