Aspire is seeking a Head of Onboarding Operations to lead onboarding teams across all geographies, reporting to the VP of Onboarding and be based in Singapore. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing the onboarding process to ensure a seamless customer experience. Aspire is committed to empowering its customers and seeks someone to enhance the onboarding experience and drive the company's continued growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and lead an effective, scalable, and cost-effective onboarding organization.
  • Own onboarding performance metrics (conversion, speed, rejection rate, etc.).
  • Manage country onboarding operational teams in India, Indonesia, and Malaysia.
  • Build teams to cover new geographies as Aspire expands.
  • Help country growth teams achieve targets for active new clients.
  • Collaborate with Onboarding Strategy to optimize onboarding flow and internal tools.
  • Collaborate with Onboarding Quality to improve KYB quality.
  • Work with Compliance to refine local onboarding policies.
  • Troubleshoot onboarding issues and liaise with stakeholders for resolution.
  • Report onboarding performance and updates to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years experience in a leadership role in operations, tech, or financial services.
  • Experience in onboarding, customer success, customer support, or sales operations.
  • Highly self-driven and proactive.
  • Ability to build from scratch, implement strategies, and prioritize in unstructured environments.
  • Ability to build and coach a team of A players.
