Aspire is seeking a Global Payroll and Rewards Specialist to join their People Team. The ideal candidate will lead the setup of payroll processes in new locations, manage payroll vendors, and ensure compliance with local regulations. - Leading the setup of payroll processes in new locations.
- Managing payroll vendors and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Reconciling financial transactions and tracking payroll costs.
- Overseeing administration of equity programs.
- Supporting company-wide goal setting and developing payroll best practices.
- Identifying and driving process improvement projects.
- Supporting tax filing and audit requests.
Minimum qualifications include:
- At least 5 years of end-to-end payroll process experience.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong knowledge of payroll software solutions and local regulations.
- Proactiveness to initiate process improvements.
- Service mindset with strong communication skills.
