Aspire is seeking a General Manager for Savings & Investments to redefine business finance management. This role involves overseeing savings and investment products, from core financial offerings to daily operations. The General Manager will own the product's P&L and lead a cross-functional team to drive product development and adoption across all markets. The role is fast-paced and impactful, requiring a motivated and organized individual.
Responsibilities:
- Co-define the long term vision for Aspire’s Savings & Investments products with the executive team.
- Define the Product Roadmap and GTM strategy to deliver on that vision.
- Drive all stakeholders of your team from licensing, product, compliance, risk, engineering, marketing, partnerships, sales, operations etc. functions to execute.
- Work closely with local teams in each market where we operate to refine GTM strategies & support their needs.
- Hire and grow talents you’ll need to execute on the above.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of product experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
- 4+ years of experience in investment products for businesses.
- Proven expertise in P&L ownership across global markets
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong ability to structure, synthesize information and present to executives.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, prioritization and organizational skills
