Job Description

Aspire is seeking a Performance Lead to enhance its performance engineering efforts and contribute to functional test automation. The Performance Lead will be responsible for ensuring the scalability, reliability, and responsiveness of Aspire's fintech platform across web, API, Android, and iOS applications. This role involves designing and implementing robust performance testing strategies and frameworks, optimizing systems, and integrating performance testing into Agile workflows.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with DevOps and Engineering teams to analyze test results and recommend improvements, contributing to capacity planning and infrastructure scaling. They will also support the development of automation frameworks, optimize test execution, and explore AI-based automation for test failure analysis.

Role involves:

  • Defining and implementing performance testing strategies.
  • Designing performance analysis dashboards.
  • Building and maintaining performance testing frameworks.
  • Integrating performance tests into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Supporting the development of automation frameworks.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in Performance Engineering and Test Automation.
  • Experience designing scalable performance testing frameworks for Web, API, and Mobile.
  • Hands-on experience with performance tools like JMeter, Gatling, k6, Locust and monitoring tools such as New Relic, Dynatrace, Grafana.
  • Strong understanding of performance monitoring, cloud scalability, and load balancing.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Familiarity with functional automation tools and practices.
