Aspire is seeking a self-driven and talented Senior QA Engineer to contribute to the development of its fintech product. The ideal candidate will have experience in both manual and automation testing, with a focus on building and maintaining high-quality software for users across Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Thailand. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement and the opportunity to work with a team of ex-entrepreneurs and high-achievers.

The Senior QA Engineer will take ownership of the quality assurance process, ensuring that new and existing products meet the required standards. The role involves working closely with remote teams and contributing to a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Role Includes:

  • Taking ownership of Manual, automated & Performance testing of a team
  • Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
  • Designing, developing and executing automation scripts using open source tools
  • Developing and applying testing processes for new and existing products
  • Onboarding and training new QA members
  • Performing Test Automation and setting up frameworks on multiple application platforms
  • Creating & managing bug reports and communicating with the team
  • Working with deployments teams and resolving system issues
  • Building and managing automated build/test/deployment environments

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience in Software Testing or similar role
  • Experience with Web, Mobile, and API Testing in both manual & automation testing
  • Mobile automation experience is mandatory
  • Proficiency with testing tools such as Jira, TestRail, Appium, Selenium, RestAssured, TestNG, CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience with Java
  • Experience working in Agile process management methodology
  • Knowledge of Performance & Security Testing and Linux/Unix commands
