Aspire is seeking an Account Executive to drive business growth through direct sales in China. This role involves building relationships with prospective clients and helping them succeed with Aspire's financial solutions. The Account Executive will work closely with the Head of Sales to build and manage their pipeline, close deals, and take ownership of new business and revenue generation, focusing on SMEs.

  • Focus on SME with the aim of achieving quick - and consistent results.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • 6+ years of experience selling payments, cards, and FX to SMBs, ideally in fintech.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce, marketplaces, and talent platforms.
  • Exposure to B2B payments, corporate cards, or other fintech.
  • Experience with HubSpot (preferred) or other CRM systems.
  • Ability to build relationships with strategic clients and industry stakeholders.
  • A growth mindset coupled with both confidence and humility.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies, e.g., SPIN, MEDDIC, Challenger.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English.
