Inside Sales Representative at Aspire

Aspire, a leading FinTech company, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their team in Singapore. Aspire aims to empower innovators and entrepreneurs through its financial operating system.

The Inside Sales Representative will manage the full sales cycle, focusing on account activation, cross-selling, and ongoing account management. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, maximizing account value, and building lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Advocate for customers acquired by partners and self-serve channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and resolve issues.
• Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to internal stakeholders.
• Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities, presenting additional solutions to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress in CRM systems.
• Provide regular pipeline updates and performance reports.
• Address customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in sales, customer success, or a similar role in financial services or technology.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Capacity to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Resilience and patience in resolving customer issues.
• Experience in B2B payments, cross-border payments/FX, corporate cards, or fintech services (preferred).
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (preferred).
