Strategy - Australia Expansion

Job Description

Aspire is seeking a highly motivated Country Launcher to lead its expansion efforts into the Australian market. This role is pivotal in defining Aspire's product and go-to-market roadmap for Australia, considering business and customer needs, the regulatory environment, and financial network partner demands.

The individual will be responsible for driving Aspire’s geo expansion strategy in Australia and supporting expansion efforts including GTM initiatives, financial and product partnerships.

What this role involves:

• Driving Australia Expansion Strategy
• Developing the go-to-market plan
• Defining Australia Product Roadmap
• Represent Aspire in communications with regulators, central banks, financial partners, distribution partners
• Hiring and administrative support

Requirements:

• Based or experienced in the Australia market
• 6 - 8+ years of experience working on payment or fintechs in the Australian market with a deep understanding of the Australian payment landscape. SMB segment focused preferred.
• Zero to One mindset
• Proven track record of successfully driving GTM, growth and/or product
• A strategic thinker with a keen ability to analyze market trends and business opportunities
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with significant internal and external dependencies
