Strategy - Canada Expansion at Aspire

Aspire is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Country Launcher to lead its expansion efforts into Canada. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving Aspire’s geographic expansion strategy and supporting key initiatives related to go-to-market strategies, financial partnerships, and product development. The role involves defining Aspire's Canada product and go-to-market roadmap based on business and customer requirements, the regulatory environment, and the demands of financial network partners. He/she will be the face of Aspire in Canada.

• Drive Canada Expansion Strategy
• Develop and execute an expansion strategy for the Canadian market
• Develop the go-to-market plan
• Collaborate with regional and cross-functional teams
• Define Canada-specific product roadmap
• Represent Aspire in communications with regulators, central banks, financial partners, distribution partners
• Hiring and administrative support

Requirements:

• Based or experienced in the Canada market
• 6 - 8+ years of experience working on payment or fintechs in the Canadian market
• Deep understanding of Canada’s payment landscape. SMB segment focused preferred.
• Zero to One mindset
• Proven track record of successfully driving GTM, growth and/or product
• A strategic thinker with a keen ability to analyze market trends and business opportunities.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with significant internal and external dependencies.
