Job Description

Aspire is seeking a highly motivated Country Launcher to spearhead its expansion into the UK market. This role involves driving the company's geographical expansion strategy, including go-to-market initiatives, and fostering financial and product partnerships. The Country Launcher will play a crucial role in shaping Aspire's UK/EMEA product and go-to-market roadmap, taking into account business and customer needs, the regulatory landscape, and the requirements of financial network partners.

Role involves:

  • Driving UK Expansion Strategy
  • Developing the go-to-market plan
  • Defining the UK product roadmap
  • Representing Aspire in communications with regulators, central banks, financial partners, distribution partners
  • Hiring and administrative support

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (business context)
  • Based or experienced in UK market
  • 6 - 8+ years of experience working on payment or fintechs in UK market with a deep understanding of the UK payment landscape
  • SMB segment focused preferred
  • Zero to One mindset
  • Proven track record of successfully driving GTM, growth and/or product
  • A strategic thinker with a keen ability to analyze market trends and business opportunities
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with significant internal and external dependencies
  • Proven leadership skills in driving cross-functional projects to achieve successful outcomes
