Hello Heart is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to join their product team. The candidate will collaborate with engineers and stakeholders across various departments to ensure the platforms meet business needs and achieve high quality and performance.Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand workflows and needs.
- Translating requirements into detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
- Evaluating the effort and impact of new functionalities.
- Partnering with R&D teams to execute projects and resolve technical challenges.
- Leading prioritization efforts and communicating timelines.
- Identifying and mitigating potential product and process risks.
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, software development, or a related technical role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Eng, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of product development processes and software development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience collaborating with senior leadership.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize and solve complex challenges.
- Familiarity with integration, privacy, and billing processes.
- Fluent/Native-level English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
