Harbinger Motors is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician I to perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems and equipment, ensuring a safe and functional work environment. The candidate will have basic technical skills, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. - Performs basic facilities maintenance, construction, and repair tasks.
- Installs, inspects, repairs, and performs preventative maintenance.
- Assists with facility projects like painting, drywall, and fixture installation.
- Utilizes a work order system to log activities.
- General understanding of building trades (electric, plumbing, painting).
- Proficiency in using tools and equipment.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to read blueprints and manuals.
- Knowledge of safety practices.
- Experience with building management systems (BMS) is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid California Class C driver’s license.
