Harbinger Motors is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician I to perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems and equipment, ensuring a safe and functional work environment. The candidate will have basic technical skills, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. They will join a rapidly growing, venture-backed startup focused on electric vehicle manufacturing.Responsibilities:
  • Performs basic facilities maintenance, construction, and repair tasks.
  • Installs, inspects, repairs, and performs preventative maintenance.
  • Assists with facility projects like painting, drywall, and fixture installation.
  • Utilizes a work order system to log activities.
Requirements:
  • General understanding of building trades (electric, plumbing, painting).
  • Proficiency in using tools and equipment.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ability to read blueprints and manuals.
  • Knowledge of safety practices.
  • Experience with building management systems (BMS) is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid California Class C driver’s license.
