Templafy is seeking talented individuals to join their talent pool for the Customer Success Manager role in New York City. The Customer Success Manager will work closely with a wide range of exciting companies worldwide, interacting with internal and external stakeholders across different business functions. This role requires a problem-solver with a passion for the tech world, eager to be an integral part of an expanding organization.

As part of the Customer Success team at Templafy, the employee will have full ownership of their client portfolio and take on a consultant-type approach in helping clients adopt and realize the value of the Templafy solution.
