Job Description

Templafy is seeking a Solutions Consultant to join their team. This role focuses on the technical aspects of the customer journey, working closely with prospects and customers to implement the Templafy platform effectively and cultivate strong post-live relationships. The Solutions Consultant collaborates with various teams, including Technical Sales Engineering, Implementation Managers, Technical Support, and Solution Partners, to assist throughout the customer lifecycle.

Role Involves:

  • Taking responsibility for the technical aspect of the customer journey.
  • Working with the prospect/customer to effectively implement the Templafy platform.
  • Cultivating an effective post-live relationship
  • Collaborating closely with Technical Sales Engineering, Implementation Managers, Technical Support team and Solution Partners
  • Assisting teams when needed throughout any part of the customer life cycle.
