Job Description
Yext, a leading digital presence platform, is seeking a Customer Advocate to join their Hearsay team in Manila, Philippines. This role focuses on supporting existing users and helping them succeed with Yext's marketing tools through engagement, education, and building long-term relationships. The Customer Advocate will manage a portfolio of customers, educate them on product features, proactively address issues, and serve as a trusted advisor. They will also collaborate with internal teams to share customer feedback and drive product enhancements.

  • Represent the voice of the customer internally.
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer support, customer success, or a client-facing role.
  • Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English.
  • Proven ability to build relationships.

  • Collaborative and positive with a “can-do” attitude.
  • Creative and resourceful mindset.
  • Familiarity with social media, texting, or other communication platforms.
  • Availability to work between 9:00 PM–9:00 AM Manila Time.
