Yext is seeking a Customer Advocate to join the Hearsay team, now an integral part of Yext, in Manila, Philippines. This role is not a sales position. The Customer Advocate will focus on assisting existing customers in utilizing software marketing tools to achieve success.
The Customer Advocate will manage their own set of contacts and be responsible for driving their product usage, collaborate with team members, identify solutions for customer queries, act as a liaison between customers and engineers, and serve as the internal voice of the customer. They will also coach customers on the value of Yext products and become an expert on Yext Systems.
