Associate Specialist, Concierge Services at Yext

Yext, a digital presence platform, seeks an Associate Specialist, Concierge Services, to join their team, now integrated with Hearsay Systems. This remote role involves interfacing with Yext's enterprise product suite, providing personalized, consultative, and technical support to clients. The role requires working shifts between 9pm to 9am PHT.

Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on digital presence best practices.
• Troubleshooting platform inquiries via telephone and email.
• Providing consultative and training services through 1:1 and group advisory settings.
• Crafting help articles and support materials.
• Interpreting customer requests and communicating needs effectively.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver 360-support.
• Ideating and scaling new ways of thinking about the value of White Glove Services.
• Specializing in client and industry knowledge.
• Meeting or exceeding quarterly targets.

Requirements:

• BA/BS degree or similar college-level education.
• Interest in a Customer Success career within the SAAS space.
• Customer-facing experience desired.
• Creative thinking and analytical skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Leadership evidence, especially in team activities.
• Ability to work quickly and independently with excellent time management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills and adaptability to new programs.
• Ability to synthesize technical concepts.
