Job Description
This role is for Specialist, Concierge Services at Yext, provides personalized, consultative, and technical support to clients, acting as a "White Glove" support expert. The role involves interfacing with Yext's entire Enterprise product suite, including Pages, Reviews, Listings, and Knowledge Assistant.
The specialist will gain a comprehensive understanding of complex enterprise businesses’ digital strategy/goals. The role is fully remote.
Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on digital presence best practices.
- Troubleshooting platform inquiries via telephone and email support.
- Providing consultative and training services through phone calls, webinars, and virtual meetings.
- Crafting help articles and support materials.
- Interpreting customer requests and communicating needs effectively.
- Working cross-functionally with various teams to deliver 360-support.
- Ideating and scaling new ways of thinking about White Glove Services.
- Becoming a Client/Industry Subject Matter Expert.
- Meeting or exceeding quarterly targets.
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree or similar college level education.
- Interest in pursuing a career in Customer Success within the SAAS space.
- Customer-facing experience desired.
- Ability to think creatively and analyze complicated ideas.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Evidence of leadership or distinguishing oneself from peers.
- Ability to work quickly and independently with excellent time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer skills and adaptability to new programs.
- A knack for synthesizing technical concepts.
