Research Partnership, part of Inizio Advisory, seeks an enthusiastic Analytics Manager for their Gurugram office. The Analytics Manager will collaborate with colleagues across Europe, India, and Singapore on a major Brand Equity tracking project for Asia Pacific markets.

The role focuses on applying programming skills in MS Excel VBA and statistical skills in SPSS/R/Q, while supporting understanding of research executives.

The Gurugram hub is experiencing exciting growth as Research Partnership expands into the Indian market.

The role involves:

  • Building Excel tools such as market simulators.
  • Guidance and consultation regarding Excel and SPSS.
  • Liaising with the Data Collection and Data Processing teams.
  • Responding to day-to-day statistical questions.
  • Running and interpreting statistical analysis and contributing to study deliverables.
  • Supporting Directors and more senior researchers in their client facing activities.
  • Running choice models, conjoint analysis, experimental designs etc.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • 5+ years of practical experience in a data science, market research advance methods, marketing science, or digital analytical unit is essential
  • 5+ years of experience with SPSS and R is essential.
  • Experience in Key Drivers Analysis (Shapley value, ridge regression etc.), SEM, Segmentation and typing tool, Conjoint, Maxdiff, TURF is essential.
  • Some experience in Healthcare is essential
