This role involves optimizing both environments to ensure they are safe, efficient, and conducive to productivity. The Head of Workplace Operations will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a seamless experience for both office-based and production staff.Harbinger Motors is looking for someone who will be responsible for:
  • Overseeing the maintenance and daily operations of office spaces and manufacturing facilities.
  • Designing and managing office layouts to maximize space utilization.
  • Ensuring compliance with workplace safety regulations.
  • Managing relationships with vendors.
  • Developing and managing budgets.
  • Coordinating employee amenities and wellness programs.
  • Overseeing the functioning of office technology and manufacturing equipment.
  • Implementing sustainable practices.
  • Leading efforts to respond to emergencies.
To be considered for the role, applicants should have:
  • A bachelor’s degree in facilities management, business administration, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in workplace or facilities management.
  • Workplace experience managing multiple sites and teams, including EHS, Facilities Maintenance & Office Management.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Proven experience in managing both office and industrial spaces.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and multitasking skills.
