SpotOn is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to align HR strategies with business objectives. The HRBP will be a key liaison between the HR department and various business units, delivering effective HR solutions that drive organizational success.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leadership to understand business goals and align HR strategies.
  • Handle employee relations matters and ensure fair policy application.
  • Partner with leaders to assess workforce needs and develop talent acquisition strategies.
  • Lead performance management processes and provide coaching.
  • Utilize HR analytics to assess key metrics and inform decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HRBP or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into HR initiatives.
